Siyo nigadv,
I am continuing to be flooded with tech questions about the portal, the COVID assistance application, and with registration questions. I am unable to respond to many of them since I am not an employee in IT or the Registration department. The replacement card forms are attached once again, but for more complex questions, I would refer you once again to the resources below:
The link to register at the Gadugi Portal is https://gadugiportal.cherokee.org/.
The Gadugi Portal Hotline can respond to tech and application questions. Please contact them at 918-453-5058 or support-gadugiportal@cherokee.org.
The Registration Department can assist with questions about your Registry #, white cards, blue cards, photo ID cards, etc. Please contact them at 918-458-6980 or registration@cherokee.org.
You can find downloadable instruction packets to register and application forms for replacement cards at www.cherokee.org, then click on Register as a Citizen and Downloadable Forms.
This $2000 COVID assistance application will be open through June 1, 2022. If you do not have an immediate, desperate need of the funds, please keep trying to call/email and be patient. Maybe wait a few weeks until the initial rush clears. The workers at CN fielded thousands of calls and emails yesterday. I’m told that Registration had a long line out the door for much of the day and had to close at 3:30 because they could not take on any more. This assistance will be available for one year, from June 1, 2021 through June 1, 2022. There is plenty of time to make application, get other family members and children registered, etc.
Best wishes!
